Allocations

Cost allocation strategies can be defined via the front-end. Currently, only cost-based proportional allocation is available.

Data loading and updating

Cost data, including those altered by the allocations, will be updated in the morning at 8:00 AM (America/São Paulo).

Cost proportional allocation

In this model, a set of cost lines making up the total amount to be allocated is selected first. Next, a set of cost lines to receive this amount (selected in the previous step) must be chosen. The distribution is calculated based on daily usage; that is, within a given day, each cost line designated to receive an allocation receives it in proportion to its cost relative to the total for that day.

Visualization

The consumption tab allows you to view the aggregate of all costs. You can filter for specific allocations as well as "direct allocation," which aggregates costs that have not been modified by any allocation.
