Manage users
The "Manage Users" section allows you to view and edit user information. The main function of this area is to invite new members to join the platform and assign their respective roles.
In the “Search” field, it is possible to search for users by name. Next to this field, there is a totalizer that shows the total number of users who have received an invitation or are registered on the platform.
Invite Members
The invite recipient receives, by email, a link that directs them to the Platform login area. They are asked to accept the terms of use and fill out a form with personal data such as name, email, date of birth, and other information. After completing the registration, the new user is redirected to the platform.
Important
It is not allowed to invite someone who is already registered on the platform; an error message will be displayed.
The assignment of user roles controls the platform functionalities to which they will have access.
Basic Category

Viewer → Access is read-only across the entire platform, with no permission to modify resources or data.

Editor → Manage cost center: Can create, add, and delete cost centers.

Owner → Invite new user: Can add new users from the same company to the platform and assign permissions to them.

Manage permissions: Can change the permissions of all users in their company on the platform.

Manage company: Can change all company data.
User Registration
The invitee receives an email with a link that directs them to the Onicloud login area. They are asked to accept the terms of use and fill out a form with their personal data (name, phone, birthdate, gender, position). After completing the registration, the new user is directed to the welcome section, which briefly presents the exclusive functionalities of the platform.
The table in the Manage Users section displays the following columns:

Name → User's name/email.

Start → User's registration date.

Status → Activity status of each user.

Permission → Permission assigned to the user.

Action → Directs to the section where you can edit (change and/or add a new role to the user) or remove the user from the platform.

Active - User is logged in and using the platform.

Pending - Invitation sent, waiting for user confirmation.

Inactive - User is logged out or has no activity on the platform.
User Profile
To access the user profile settings, you need to locate the top menu and select the avatar or profile picture. In the profile settings, it is possible to upload or change the user’s photo, update the full name and display name, change the phone number, date of birth, gender, and job title. Only the email address cannot be changed.
Recommendations for the User
It is very important to add a face photo and use the first and last name in the display name to facilitate user identification.
